I did that plus left a VM with my order number to advise that I wanted to change the color of the frame.
Not only did I not get a call or email back, you shipped the order after you asked me if the order needed to be modified.
Not good service.
What\'s the point of asking if you aren\'t going to respond.

Max, | Couldn't be happier Thanks kindly. Well four more 16 x 20 metal prints went out today, and we supposedly are not even open except on the weekends. Couldn't be happier. Most likely may be ordering more metal prints before December.
